Paul Tym Nipperess

Paul achieved his professional qualifications as a Valuer and has been
working continuously in the industry since 1988. Paul was a founding
member of Regional & Rural Valuers Pty Limited, which was established in
1997 with the amalgamation of three leading central western valuation
firms. Paul is the Managing Director of Regional & Rural Valuers Pty Limited
and also manages the offices of Regional & Rural Valuers in Orange,
Bathurst, Cowra, & Parkes.
Prior to his entry into private practice in 1997, Paul's previous employers
include Commonwealth Bank of Australia and State Bank of
New South Wales.

Paul has extensive valuation experience throughout central and western
New South Wales, choosing to establish his practice in this region, with
RRV Head Office being based in Orange, NSW. Paul has expertise in all
property valuation matters, including rural, residential, commercial, industrial,
and specialist property valuations.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economy - Valuation Specialisation)
from University of Western Sydney graduating in 1994. He also holds an
Associate Diploma in Farm Management from Orange Agricultural College
graduating in 1979.

Paul is an Associate of Australian Property Institute and is a
Certified Practising Valuer.

 

Greg Muller

Greg commenced his career as a Valuer in 1976 with the State Bank of NSW,
before electing to move into private practice with the establishment of
"South West Valuation and Property Consulting" based in Young, NSW.
In 2002,  Greg merged his successful valuation practice with Regional & Rural
Valuers, bringing his years of experience and expertise to the Company,
along with his invaluable local knowlege of south western NSW..

Greg has attained a Valuation of Real Estate Certificate from College of
External Studies in 1979. Greg also graduated from Hawkesbury Agricultural
College in 1974 with a Diploma of Applied Science (Agriculture).

Greg is an Associate Member of Australian Property Institute, an Associate
ember of the Australian Institute of Valuers & Land Economists and is a Certified
Practising Valuer.
